MATCH THE FILM TO EACH SPACE
Treat mixed glazing as separate groups
An existing home, an extension and a detached office may contain different glass. Note which panes belong to each part of the property. Avoid selecting a single product from one window sample and assuming it is suitable for every other pane.
Describe shade and access around the building
Photograph the window and surrounding area so that eaves, verandahs, nearby shading and access are visible. Tell us when direct sun reaches the room. The useful question is which glazing contributes to the problem, not simply how much glass the property contains.
Include practical installation details
If vehicle tinting and property film are both being considered, list them separately. Share access constraints and whether the vehicle has existing film. A driveway or open carport should not be assumed to provide a suitable automotive fitting environment; the arrangement needs confirmation.
What to include in your Henley Brook enquiry
- Separate lists for original and newer glazing
- Photos showing shading and safe access
- Details of each vehicle or additional building
The quote builder starts with your suburb already selected. Approximate information is fine at this stage; measurements, product suitability and the installation arrangements are confirmed before booking.
Questions before you choose
Can an extension use the same film as the original house?
Only after checking both glazing types and the desired appearance. Matching the visual result and confirming compatibility are separate decisions.
What if I do not know my glass type?
Send any available labels, documents and clear photographs. Unknown glazing needs assessment; you do not need to guess a specification in the form.
